Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–2:00pm
$24.00–$28.00 per hour
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Compensation is based on experience in addiction medicine.
- Conduct initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions, as applicable
- Administer medications and demonstrate knowledge of detox protocols
- Perform COWS and CIWA assessments according to protocol
- Provide medication education to clients
- Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain all medical equipment in proper working condition
- Uphold client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Licensure, Education & Experience
- Current unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications (required)
- Knowledge of state and federal standards, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem‑solving
- Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high‑risk situations
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of strong nursing skills and sound clinical judgment
- Make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders

- Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our responsibility to ensure client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances.
