We are excited to welcome a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our experienced team of behavioral healthcare professionals and play a vital role in each client’s recovery journey.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am–2:00pm
  
  

Pay Range

$24.00–$28.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation is based on experience in addiction medicine.

• Conduct initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions, as applicable
• Administer medications and demonstrate knowledge of detox protocols
• Perform COWS and CIWA assessments according to protocol
• Provide medication education to clients
• Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain all medical equipment in proper working condition
• Uphold client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries
• Complete additional duties as assigned
  
  

Required Qualifications

Licensure, Education & Experience

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications (required)
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of state and federal standards, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem‑solving
• Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high‑risk situations
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possession of strong nursing skills and sound clinical judgment
